Character exChange
Character exChange is a desktop-application that changes special characters into html- or UTF-8-entities, creates simple html-formatting based upon text-files, alters html-characters for publishing Code on websites and deletes line-numbers from Code. The application reads and writes
.txt - files and can be used as a simple text-editor.
Character exChange is Freeware. It can be downloaded in versions for all common systems, and it's not necessary to install it.
